Joel Hancock is a native of Carteret County, NC. He was born and raised on Harkers Island by Susan and Joel Hancock, Sr. He has four older sisters, Emily, Joella, Alyson, and Leah, and a little brother, Mike.
Joel and his wife Lauren have four sons, Calvin, Oliver, Levi, and Evan. He is fluent in Portuguese and conversant in Spanish.
Joel Hancock devotes 100% of his practice to defending those accused of traffic infractions, DWI, misdemeanors, and felonies in Carteret County, NC.
In his free time, Joel enjoys watching UFC fights with Lauren, fishing with his boys, duck hunting with his friends, training jiu-jitsu, riding his motorcycle, and grilling.
